You can remove a cleaner from your team for any reason. Maybe they aren't working for you anymore or the relationship is just not working. 

Note: If you'd like to write a review to the cleaner, make sure to do so before removing them from your account. Currently, you can't write a review to a cleaner after you disconnect from them. Check this guide if you need help submitting a review: How to write a review to a cleaner

To do this, you need to go to "Cleaners" under the "My Team" tab in the website version of the platform:

(You must be logged in to your host account for the button above to work)

Once there, click on the bin icon button next to the cleaner. You will be prompted to confirm and then disconnect.

If you do this by accident to a cleaner that you connected with via invites, you can reconnect with them by sending an invite to their email. Here is a guide in case you need help: Inviting and connecting with cleaners or co-hosts on TurnoverBnB.


If you do this by accident with a marketplace cleaner, please contact us by sending a message to our live customer service chat located in the website or by sending an email to cs@turnoverbnb.com and we can try and reconnect you as well.
