Inviting your existing cleaners and co-hosts to TurnoverBnB is easy – just go to the "Invites" page under "My Team", in the website version of the platform, to get started.

(You must be logged in to your host account for the button above to work)

There, you'll see your pending invitations. To send a new invitation, click on the "Invite Cleaner" or "Invite Co-host" buttons (highlighted in the image below in blue and red respectively):

Note: What’s the difference between a cleaner and co-host? A cleaner can accept/reject cleaning projects and view project details; whereas, a co-host has access to your account and can do everything you can do, except delete you.

1. Inviting a cleaner

When inviting a cleaner, you'll be prompted to choose which properties you'd like to share with the cleaner you are inviting to the system. At first all of your properties will be showing on the list - click on the little X icon on them to remove them from the list, or in the "remove all" button to remove all properties if you'd prefer to pick them or select just a few. Click on the drop down indication arrow (highlighted in blue below) to select properties.

Or you can even start typing the property's name like so, and then click on the suggestion to add it to the list:

Once you're finished choosing the properties, click on the "continue" button located at the bottom right, like so:

Next, you'll be prompted to define a role for the cleaner you'll be inviting - cleaners can be either a primary or a backup in each of your properties. To know more about the roles,  click here to see our help article on enabling and disabling cleaners from properties.
Just click on the switch-like buttons to change between primary and backup for each property, like so:

Again, when you're finished here, click on that continue button at the bottom right.
You'll then be taken to the final step, where you need to enter your cleaner's email or phone number information. By default it will be set to email, but if you'd like to send them a text message to their phone instead, simply click in the invitation method (highlighted in blue below) and change it to SMS.
The invitation message below the cleaner's information comes with a default text, but feel free to personalize it! Once you're finished, just click "send" at the bottom right.

If the cleaner you invited is already registered on TurnoverBnB, you'll be connected right after you click send and they don't need to use your invitation.
If they're not on TurnoverBnB yet, the invitation you just sent will show up in your list of pending invitations now. Your cleaner will receive a link they can use to sign up, as well as a code (which you can see in this list) they need to use at sign up so their account will be connected to yours.

When they use your invite and are connected with you, their name will vanish from the list.

2. Inviting a co-host

When inviting a co-host, you only need to send them the invite for them to create their account - keep in mind you can't connect with a host that already has an account. A co-host account is simply a mirror to your host account, they can see everything that you see and do everything that you can do (except delete you).

When you click to invite a co-host, you just need to enter their email or phone number information. By default it will be set to email, but if you'd like to send them a text message to their phone instead, simply click in the invitation method (highlighted in blue below) and change it to SMS.
The invitation message below the co-host's information comes with a default text, but feel free to personalize it! Once you're finished, just click "send" at the bottom right.

The invitation you just sent will show up in your list of pending invitations now. Your co-host will receive a link they can use to sign up, as well as a code (which you can see in this list) they need to use at sign up so their account will be connected to yours.

When they use your invite and are connected with you, their name will vanish from the list.
