As a cleaner, you can't remove yourself from projects you have accepted or been assigned to. However, you can click a button on your side to trigger a notification to your customer letting them know that you'd like to be removed.

Note: Please use this feature whenever you need to be removed from a project, before you contact us. It is always best if you ask to be removed in-app first and let your customer to be the one to do it, in order to avoid misunderstandings.


In the mobile app

Look for the project in question in your Projects screen and tap it, to open its details.

On the project's details screen, you will see the option to "ask to be removed from this project", located right under the project's start and end times:

The system will ask for confirmation:

Once you confirm it the system will also show a confirmation that your customer has received a notification:

If your customer is using the mobile app on their side, they will receive a push notification letting them know that you asked to be removed. They can tap the notification to open their Host app and remove you from the project.


In the website

Look for the project in question on your schedule page:

Then click on the project in question:

The project's card will open:

You may need to scroll down a little bit in order to see the option to ask to be removed, but it will look like this:

The system will then ask for confirmation:

And once you confirm it the system will also show a confirmation that your customer has received the alert:

And your customer will then be alerted to remove you from it on their end:
