TurnoverBnB does not hold any payments information, only our payments processor, Stripe, does. So in order to get paid via the TurnoverBnB app by your customers, you need to set up a Stripe account that will be connected with your TurnoverBnB Cleaner account.
To do this, go to the "Set Up Account" page in the website version of the platform.
You must be logged in to your TurnoverBnB cleaner account in the website for the button above to work
Once there, click on "connect with Stripe", the button that looks like this:
You'll then be taken to Stripe's page where you can either create a new account, or connect an existing account by using your account's email on the "get started with Stripe" page:
Please keep in mind that an existing Stripe account that is already connected to another service will not connect to TurnoverBnB. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Stripe Support directly: https://support.stripe.com/contact
Once your Stripe account is connected, you should be all set. Payments will be processed automatically when you mark projects as complete (as long as automatic payments are enabled on your customer's side).
