You can disable email notifications in your settings page. We recommend you only do this if you are certain that you don't need notifications to go to your email. TurnoverBnB cannot be held responsible for missed notifications.

Note: to re-enable notifications, just go to the same page you disabled them and check the boxes for the ones you'd like to receive.


As a host

While logged in to your host account in the website, go to Settings > Notifications:

In this page, you will see a list of notifications our system generates for your account. Choose the ones you'd like to disable and uncheck their boxes. If you'd like to disable all notifications, click "unselect all" under the "email" column.

When you make changes, make sure to click "update notification settings" at the bottom of the page once you're done.

Your email notifications will then be disabled.

(You must be logged in to your TurnoverBnB host account in the website for the button above to work)


As a cleaner

While logged in to your cleaner account in the website, go to Settings > Notifications:

In this page, you will see a list of notifications our system generates for your account. Choose the ones you'd like to disable and uncheck their boxes. If you'd like to disable all notifications, uncheck the general box for the "mail" column at the top.

When you make changes, make sure to click "update settings" at the bottom of the page once you're done.

Your email notifications will then be disabled.
