We understand. Life changes and you might want to cancel your TUVU membership. Unfortunately, the TUVU team can't do that for you. You'll have to cancel on either the App Store or Google Play. Don't worry, it shouldn't take you more than two minutes.
How to cancel your TUVU membership for Apple Customers:
1) On the Home Screen, open the Settings app.
2) Tap on your name (sub-text reads: Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases)
3) On the fourth menu item down, tap Subscriptions.
4) Next, locate and tap on the TUVU app in the list of Active subscriptions.
5) Once on the TUVU subscription screen, tap on the Cancel Subscription link near the middle of the screen.
6) Confirm the cancellation and you will have successfully cancelled your TUVU membership.
Your membership will cancel and you won't be charged again once the subscription period has ended.
How to cancel your TUVU membership for Google Play Store:
Important: When you uninstall the TUVU app, your subscription won't cancel.
Open the Google Play app.
At the top right, tap the profile icon.
Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Select the TUVU app.
Tap Cancel subscription.
Follow the instructions.
