How do I accept a TWALA invitation to sign?

TWALA sends you an email invitation on behalf of the sender every time someone sends you a document for your signature.

  1. Open the email to view the document invitation.

  2. Click the "View Invitation" button to be redirected to your Account dashboard.

  3. Click on the bell icon or the "Awaiting my signature" tab on your dashboard to access the file.

  4. Click on the See More option to view the document options.

  5. Click "Sign" to load the document

  6. You can either Decline or Submit your signature once the document is loaded.
