How to link your TWALA ID to your TWALA Sign Account?

Make sure that only you can access and sign documents using your account.

  1. Login to your account

  2. Click on your name in the upper right corner

  3. Click on Settings

  4. Click on Profile

  5. Click on the "Link digital identity button", a QR code will be displayed.

  6. Scan the QR code with your Twala ID app.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure that your Twala ID is verified and confirmed before linking your Twala ID with your Twala Sign account.
