How to upgrade your account from a FREE to a PAID plan?

There are two ways to upgrade your free plan to a paid Business or Business Plus Plans.

  1. Click the "Upgrade" button on the upper right-hand corner.

  2. Go to Settings > Billing > and click the "Upgrade Plan" button.

Pricing Plans

Twala has 3 paid plans, Professional, Business, and Business Plus that can be paid monthly or annually. Twala offers a 30-day free trial for all paid plans.

Billing and Payment

  1. Click on "Start 30-day free trial" button, the payment page will be displayed.

  2. Click on the payment terms you prefer (monthly or annual)

  3. Enter promo code (if applicable)

  4. Enter your billing details

  5. Enter your payment card details

  6. Click "Start my plan" button

You will not be charged if you cancel your subscription before the trial ends. After your free trial, you will be charged by the amount of plan you selected monthly or annually.

Twala accepts Visa, Mastercard, and other credit cards payments

Please contact us if:
a. You need more than 6 senders;
b. You want a custom plan;
c. You want to pay using other payment methods
