How to update your TWALA profile?

Email Verified Twala Account

When a user creates a TWALA account, we only verify the user's email address. A user can update his or her name by clicking the Edit Profile under the avatar.

  1. Click on your name.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. Click on the "Edit Profile" under your avatar.

  4. Enter the details in the fields and click "Update profile name".

IMPORTANT NOTE:

a. Once the account is linked to a verified Twala ID, the user can no longer edit their registered name. 

b. A verified icon is also displayed beside the name for a verified Twala account.
