Business and Business Plus users can customize the branding of their Twala account by going to Teams > Settings.
If the Business Settings is not set, the Team Settings takes effect. If the Team Settings is not set, the Business Settings takes effect. If both are set, the Team Settings takes effect.
Business Logo
We recommend uploading a transparent logo with a required dimension of 300x75 px and must be less than 500MB. The logo will appear on all emails sent to signers (invite, final document, etc.)
Business Name
The business name will appear in all the emails sent from the account. For a verified business, the company name will also appear in the document verification result (e.g. Issuer: ACME Inc.)
