In a world where everything is done virtually, it is not anymore surprising to see a rising demand for digital credentials as proof of completion. While electronic copies of these documentations can easily be secured - the question of its authenticity still remains to be a concern, especially for weighted credentials.
To preserve a certificate's integrity, there's a growing number of institutions that are using digital signing platforms for this specific reason. Here's how you can do it with TWALA:
Click on "Prepare Document" and upload a single certificate file. It is important to note that only one certificate can be uploaded at a time to ensure that only the certificate recipient will get a copy of the digitally signed certificate.
Input the name and email addresses of the signers in the "Who needs to sign" field.
For "Anyone else needs to receive a copy?" field, input the name and email of the certificate recipient.
Click "Prepare Document" and proceed with formatting the certificates. Make sure that you are assigning the right field to the right signer.
Once done - click submit.
Repeat the process until you have finished uploading all certificates.
Things to take note:
Only one certificate can be processed at a time. Once all signers have completed the signing process, the certificate recipient automatically gets a copy of their digitally signed documents.
Processing multiple certificates in one upload will cause you to send a copy of all certificates to all the certificate recipients.
