Twala now allows the sending of document signature request via an email link. This means that the signers are not required to create an account with Twala first before they can sign a document.

Steps to request for signature via an email link:

  1. Click on "Prepare document" via your dashboard or under the Documents tab.

  2. In the Prepare screen, under the "How should this document be signed?" select "Via email link".

3. You can nominate a document password (this is optional) that you need to send to your signers. This password must be provided for your signers to view and sign the document via an email link. The password should follow the rules below:

4. Prepare the document as usual and send it.

5. The signers will receive an email invite. The signers can sign the document directly from the link without creating a Twala account, or from their Twala dashboard if they are already a Twala user.
