IMPORTANT: To remove a file, the document should be contained in a folder, regardless of its folder structure.

  1. Click a folder.

  2. Select a document and then click it.

  3. Once the sidebar appears, click “remove from directory”.

4. Click “Yes, remove from directory”.

How to delete a document from a folder?

IMPORTANT: Deleting a document will move the document to trash and restoring the document from the trash will move the document back to its folder.

  1. Click a folder.

  2. Select a document inside, then click it.

  3. Once the sidebar appears, click “move to trash”.

4. Click Yes.

How to restore a document back to its folder?

  1. From the documents page, click the expand button beside “cancelled”.

2. The archived and trash page should appear, select a document which was previously stored in a folder.

3. Click that document. After the sidebar appears, click ”restore”.

How to archive a document from a folder?

IMPORTANT: Just like deleting a folder, archived documents reappear to the folder it was previously stored after unarchiving.

  1. Click a folder.

  2. Select a document inside, then click it.

  3. Once the sidebar appears, click “archive”.

4. Click Yes.

How to unarchived a document back to its folder?

  1. From the documents page, click the expand button beside “cancelled”.

2. The archived and trash page should appear, select a document which was previously stored in a folder.

3. Click that document. After the sidebar appears, click ”unarchive”.
