         In the realm of business communication, every detail matters. From the content of an email to the ease of accessing contact information, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders is paramount. One way to achieve this is by customizing the contact email and contact URL in your business settings. By doing so, you not only provide clarity and professionalism but also offer a direct channel for communication and inquiries.

Here’s how you can customize these essential components:

Accessing Profile Settings:

1. Navigate to the dashboard and click on your user profile.
2. Once the dropdown menu appears, select "Settings."

2. Under the Business section, locate "Contact URL" and "Contact Email" to customize them.

How to Customize Contact URL?

1. Input Contact URL for Customization: Enter the relevant contact URL, such as the business website.

2. Click Save business settings: After inputting the custom contact URL, click the save button to confirm the changes.

How to Customize Contact Email?

1. Input Email for Customization: Enter the desired email address that you want to display as the contact email.

2. Click Save business settings: After inputting the custom email, click the save button to apply the changes.

Utilizing Customized Contact Information

      Once you've customized your contact email and contact URL, they will be displayed in the email footer. This means that every email sent through Twala will showcase your personalized contact details. Clicking on the custom email or contact URL in the footer will redirect the recipient to the set custom email and contact URL, ensuring seamless and direct communication channels.

Note: In the absence of customized contact email and contact URL, clicking on them in the email footer will redirect recipients to the default contact information of Twala.
