Before diving into uploading process, ensure the following:
PKI certificates are commonly in PKCS#12 file formats, such as .pfx, .p12, or .crt. Ensure your certificate is in one of these supported formats.
Before uploading, verify the validity of your PKI certificate. It should be valid and not expired, and the associated email must match your account.
Accessing Profile Settings:
Navigate to the dashboard and select your user profile.
From the dropdown menu, choose "Settings."
In the profile section, locate "Manage PKI Certificate" to upload or remove certificates.
Steps to Upload PKI Certificate:
Click on the "Choose a .p12, .pfx or .crt file" button.
Select the desired certificate file from your device.
Enter the Certificate password.
Click "Upload PKI Certificate."
Note: After successful uploading, your certificate will be ready for use. You can now sign documents using the PKI Certificate.

Note: If you remove your PKI Certificate and attempt to sign a document, you will not be able to sign it. You will be prompted to upload your PKI Certificate in the profile settings.
