How to Sign a Document via PKI Certificate?

Before diving into the signing process, ensure the following:

  • A valid PKI certificate uploaded to your account. If you haven’t uploaded your PKI certificate yet, please follow the steps provided in this link

  • The PKI certificate should not be expired.

  • The email associated with your PKI certificate should match the email linked to your account.

  • Before signing the document, ensure that it’s your turn to sign. If it’s not your turn, wait for the other signatories to complete their signatures before proceeding.

Steps to sign a document via PKI Certificate:

  1. Navigate to the Documents page and select the document requiring your signature.

  2. Review the document thoroughly before proceeding to sign.

  3. Click "Finish" once you've completed the signature.

  4. Enter the password associated with your PKI Certificate.

  5. Confirm the signature by clicking "Sign."

Note: Your document is now successfully signed via PKI certificate.
