The TWICE Rentals App integrates directly into your Wix website, enabling rental services alongside your existing e-commerce offerings. If your Wix site doesn’t have essential components like a shopping cart or checkout page, TWICE installs them automatically during setup—no extra steps needed.
Streamlined Checkout
Customers can purchase Wix sales products and TWICE rental products in a single transaction, making the checkout experience simple and convenient. Your customers follow the payment and delivery settings you have set up in your Wix Settings.
Centralized Management
You’ll continue managing your operations through Wix, including delivery options, payment methods, and email confirmations. TWICE adds features like inventory tracking and rental management, so all your sales and rental processes stay in one place.
Key Differences Between TWICE Platform And TWICE Rentals App On Wix
Discount Codes: Discount codes cannot yet be applied to TWICE products via Wix checkout. This i a work in progress and will be available in the future.
Product Recommendations: Currently, Wix does not recognize TWICE products for recommendations, but improvements are underway.
Booking Extensions: Not currently available due as Wix's payment methods do not yet support this functionality yet.
Manual Order Creation: Manual orders created in TWICE are not synced into the Wix Orders list.
Customer Emails: Automated customer emails (e.g., booking confirmations) are sent through Wix’s system. Only manual order confirmation emails are handled via TWICE.
