Connect Twine to Chorus to automatically extract product intel from calls.
Connect Chorus
Click Connectors in the left navigation.
Click Sync calls.
Select Chorus.
Enter Chorus API key. If you need help finding this key, ask your Chorus admin.
Paid customers can choose to select all call owners. This can be changed at any time.
The Chorus API only supports transcript extraction and does not provide access to video or audio at this time. We will add video and audio support as soon as Chorus support this format of export.
Disconnect Chorus
Click Connectors in the left navigation.
Click Chorus under Sync calls.
Click Disconnect.
