Immediate Contact: In the unfortunate event that the product arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately. Even if the packaging appears broken or disheveled, inform us promptly, as unboxings are often required for projects.

Photo Submission: Send a photo right away so we can show it to the client and expedite the process of arranging a replacement. If necessary, we may also coordinate the return of the faulty product. Rest assured, this won't incur any costs for you.

Identifying Damage: You can identify a broken product if it fails to function as expected, hindering your ability to fulfil the brief. Your prompt communication allows us to address the issue swiftly, ensuring a seamless project experience.
