What This Means

If you see a message that says “Next Steps”, it means your TwoDots verification is not yet complete.

The verification process includes the following steps:

  • ID verification

  • SSN verification

  • Income verification

  • Background Screening

What You Should Do

  1. Log in to your TwoDots account at app.twodots.net.

  2. Use the same email address that you used when you first applied.

  3. Once logged in, you’ll see any pending steps or updates related to your application.

  4. Follow the prompts to complete your next steps.

Helpful Tips

  • Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for messages from TwoDots , sometimes we send reminders or next-step instructions.

  • If you encounter issues verifying your SSN or uploading documents, reach out to our Support Team through the Help section on the app or email applicant.support@twodots.net .

  • Ensure your documents are clear and valid (no expired IDs or blurry uploads). If uploading paystubs or bank statements, kindly ensure to download them directly from the website and upload them to Twoodots in pdf form without opening them in a pdf viewer.

In Summary

"Follow-Up" status means your application isn’t finished yet. Completing the pending income, ID, and SSN verifications will move your application forward for review. Log in to app.twodots.net using the email address you applied with to complete your application.
