Steps to Proceed

To initiate the Offer Letter Verification process:

  1. Log in to your application at app.twodots.net.

  2. Select “New Job” on the income type selection screen.

  3. Complete the Offer Letter Verification Form when prompted.

Note:

  • Be cautious with the information you enter to ensure accuracy.

  • Make sure to provide your employer’s work domain email address (e.g., name@company.com).

  • Personal email domains such as Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Outlook, and similar services cannot be used for employer verification.

Verification Process

Once the Offer Letter Verification Form has been completed, Two Dots will verify the information by contacting the applicant’s employer to confirm:

  • Employee’s Full Name

  • Job Title

  • Start Date

  • Expected Annual Income

The verification will proceed once the employment confirmation is received from the employer.

Afterward, it will be forwarded to the Offer Letter Verification Team for a detailed review.

Timeline:

The review process may take up to 1–2 days to complete.

After Verification

Once the verification is complete, the applicant will receive an update via text or email with the next steps in their application process.

How to proceed when the employer uses The Work Number for employment verification

Your employer still needs to respond to the offer letter verification email we sent and inform us that they are using The Work Number to verify your employment.

My company is a small business and only uses a Gmail account. What should I do?

If your employer only has a Gmail account, please send an email to someone in the HR department and cc offerletters@twodots.net asking them to verify your full name, job title, start date and income information

I made a mistake in my employment information. How can I correct it?

Please log in to your application at app.twodots.net and edit your employment information.

I have job offer letters from two (2) companies. What should I do?

You will need to email the HR department of the company that you did not include in your application, and cc offerletters@twodots.net asking them to verify your full name, job title, start date and income information

Can my offer letter be verified through a call or phone support?

We do not offer phone support at the moment. The only way to verify your offer letter is by having your employer confirm your employment via email through the verification request we sent.

I’ve been promoted. Will it count as a new job?

Yes, a promotion counts as a new job. However, it must still meet the offer letter verification requirements to proceed with the verification process.
