Things to check before screening kicks off

  • Applicant completed the ID verification process

  • Applicant completed the SSN verification

To get the screening started

  • Applicants must complete ID and SSN verification first.

  • Applicants must provide consent to screening in the Two Dots workflow before screening is kicked off.

Timeframe

To ensure records are accurate and complete, a process can take up to 2–3 business days.
