Where to Upload Your Documents

Where to send documents so they reach your application, and what to do if you have already sent them somewhere else.

Upload Through Your Application

The best place to send documents is your application itself. That way they are attached to your file straight away.

  1. Open the link we sent you by text or email, or go to app.twodots.com.

  2. Log in using the same email address you applied with.

  3. Find the income verification section and select Upload documents.

  4. Choose your files and confirm they appear on the application once the upload finishes.

Always check that your document is listed after uploading. If it is not there, the upload did not complete.

If You Can't Upload

If the upload will not work, email your documents to applicant.support@twodots.net and include:

  • Your full name, as it appears on your application

  • The property you applied to

Without those details we may not be able to match your documents to the right application.

What Not to Send

  • Your Social Security number. Never send this by email. Enter it directly in your application.

  • Photos of your ID by email. Identity documents should go through the verification step in the app, unless support has specifically asked you for them.

Getting the Format Right

Whichever route you use, the same rules apply:

  • Send original PDFs, downloaded directly from your bank, employer, or the agency that issued them.

  • Do not open or re-save the file in another program first.

  • Screenshots, scans, and photos of printed paper cannot be verified.

FAQs

I gave my documents to the leasing office. Is that enough?

Not always. If your application still shows outstanding steps, please also upload them to your application.

I uploaded the wrong file. What now?

Just upload the correct one using the same steps.

How do I know my document was received?

It will appear in your application after uploading. If you do not see it there, it did not arrive.
