To help us process your application quickly, please upload documents in their original format whenever possible. Submitting files that don’t meet our requirements may slow down your application.

What’s Accepted

  • PDF files downloaded directly from your bank or employer’s portal

  • Official documents such as tax transcripts or benefit letters in their original format

  • Bank link connections

What’s Not Accepted

  • Screenshots of documents
→ Please download the PDF directly instead of taking a screenshot.

  • Scans or photos of printed papers
→ If you only have a paper copy, ask your bank or employer to email you the PDF version.

  • Image files (.jpg, .png, etc.)
→ Upload the original PDF whenever possible.

  • Bank statements that are not in your name or only belong to a business

  • Employment verification letters
→ If you’re currently employed, please upload paystubs and bank statements instead.
