1. Screenshots of the documents

  • The only exception is when the screenshot matches bank-link data or bank statements downloaded from your online portal

2. Physical pieces of paper that were scanned

  • The only exception is when the screenshot matches bank-link data or bank statements downloaded from their online portal or when a manual review of trusted 3rd party data can assist in verifying the scans (ex: Linkedin or Glassdoor)

3. Files or documents that are images (end in .jpg or .png etc.)

  • The only exception is when the image matches bank-link data or bank statements downloaded from their online portal or when a manual review of trusted 3rd party data can assist in verifying the images (ex: Linkedin, Glassdoor, State Business Registration Records, etc.)

4. Bank statements that aren’t in their name or are registered for their business

5. Personal bank statements that only show transfer payments from Zelle, CashApp, or something that isn’t a business*

6. Employment verification letters - if applicants are currently employed, they will need to upload paystubs & bank statements

* Does not apply to properties that have cash flow verification set up
