Can I change my account information?

Personal information changes must be made before the account is traded. Once an account has participated in the evaluation or has passed, no changes to personal information can be made during the review for the funded account. This policy is in place to prevent any identity fraud issues. After the funded account is issued, no changes to personal information will be accepted. All personal information must be consistent with the documents submitted during the KYC process.

Here are the guidelines for changing various account details:

  1. Passwords

    • Trading Account Passwords: Passwords for your trading accounts cannot be changed. This is to ensure that your account is secure and to avoid any inconsistencies during the evaluation process.

    • Trader Dashboard Passwords: You may change the password for your trader dashboard if needed.

  2. Email Addresses

    • You may request to change your email address, but we will need a valid reason for the change. Please contact our support team for assistance.

  3. Names

    • Your name cannot be changed, unless there was a typo made during the checkout process. If a typo occurred, please contact our support team immediately to resolve it.

  4. Documents and KYC Compliance

    • All personal information provided must match the documents submitted at the time of the KYC process. This includes the name, address, and other identifying details.

  5. Address Changes

    • Address changes may be requested if your address has changed. We will require verification or proof of the new address in order to update your account.

  6. Important Notes

    • All changes to your account information must be handled through our support team to ensure transparency and to prevent any potentially suspicious activity, especially when receiving a funded account.

    • Any attempt to update personal information after the account is funded, or any change that appears suspicious, may lead to an account review or termination.
