Once you submit a reward request, here’s what to expect:
Processing Timeline
Rewards are typically processed within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days), depending on the payment method and specific conditions. To initiate a virtual reward, all open trades must be closed before processing begins. Rewards are typically processed on weekdays, so please be mindful of any additional wait times outside of regular market hours.
Temporary Trading Restrictions
While your reward request is being processed, your account will be temporarily restricted from placing new trades. Once the reward is issued, trading eligibility will be restored.
Payout Methods
Rewards are processed through Rise, which offers multiple payout options. If Rise is unavailable in your country, rewards can be made via cryptocurrency for flexibility. The minimum withdrawal amount is $100 for all accounts.
Trading Rules & Compliance
Before approval, all withdrawals are reviewed to ensure compliance with trading rules. You can track your reward history in the Withdrawal History section of your dashboard.
Evaluation Fee Refund
Traders who successfully receive two rewards from the same account are eligible for a refund of their evaluation fee. This refund is issued with the second reward payment and applies only to the evaluation fee for that specific account.
After First Payout
The first payout on a funded account is capped at 3% of the starting balance. Any excess profits will be deducted at the time of the withdrawal request being accepted. This means after your first payout, your account balance/equity, as well as drawdown metrics, will reset to the starting levels.
Final Steps
