2-Step Pro Evaluation Overview
Unlimited simulated trading days
Up to $400K in Simulated Capital
10% Simulated Drawdown
Fees Refundable
The 2-Step Pro consists of a two-phased evaluation process where a trader has unlimited calendar days to achieve a 10% Simulated Profit Target in Phase 1 and a 5% Simulated Profit Target in Phase 2. During each phase, the simulated max daily loss is 5%, and the maximum overall loss is 10%.
We calculate 2-step Pro daily drawdown as follows:
Upon the 5pm EST day change, we will take the higher figure of either the virtual account balance or account equity and subtract a fixed 5% of the higher value as the simulated daily loss limit for the new day.
The maximum drawdown is set based on the initial balance of the account. For 2-step Pro virtual accounts, the maximum loss is 10%. For instance, a $10,000 virtual account has a maximum loss of 10% of $10,000, or $1,000, meaning the maximum loss would occur at a virtual balance or equity of $9,000.
Rules for the 2-Step Pro Simulated Evaluation
Evaluation Time Limit: The Tycoon Funded 2-step Pro simulated evaluation consists of a two-phased evaluation process where a trader has unlimited simulated trading days to complete both phases of the evaluation.
Minimum Trading Days: On our 2-Step Pro Evaluation, we have a minimum trading period of 3 days on all phases, during which you must achieve at least 0.5% profit. These days do not have to be consecutive, any day with at least 0.5% profit counts towards the 3-day trading period.
In the funded phase, a minimum of 3 trading days is also required for payout eligibility, but each of those days must have at least 1% profit to be counted.
Free Retries: As the 2-Step Pro Tycoon Funded evaluation has no time limits, there will be no free retries for Phase 1 or Phase 2 demo accounts as there is no longer a limit to your simulated trading period.
Profit Target:
Phase 1 has a simulated profit target of 10%
Phase 2 has a simulated profit target of 5%
Violations
Any violation of the rules above will result in the termination of your demo trading account and you will not be eligible to move forward in the program with that account. Traders are more than welcome to start over by joining the program with a new demo trading account.β
