In the Content page, you will see a list of all your quests, their created and last edited timestamp, their status and action buttons.
Status
A quest can have one of the three status:
Draft: the quest is not published
Published: the latest version of the quest is published
Published revising: the quest was published and there are changes made to the published version that are not yet published
