Please use the following troubleshooting steps if you are having trouble logging into your tZERO Securities account:

1) Are you entering the correct username?

  • Your username is your email address that you used to signup for an account with

2) Are you entering the correct password?

  • If you forgot your password, use the reset password flow to update your password.

  • An email will be sent to you with instructions

3) Clear cookies and cache

4) Use a different browser

  • Try to utilize one of the browsers mentioned above

5) Use a different device

  • tZERO Securities is accessible from mobile phone & tablet browsers, and browsers from desktop computers

6) Try using a different internet connection

  • Sometimes internet firewalls can prevent someone from logging in properly, please contact your IT professional or internet service provider if you are unable to utilize a different internet connection
