Please note in order to link a bank account, your bank must be a part of the NACHA system. Banks located outside the U.S. are typically not part of the NACHA system, so you will have to utilize a wire transfer to deposit funds.

Bank account linkages must be first party which means that your tZERO Securities account registration matches that of your bank account.

Third-party bank linkages are not supported

  • Example of a first-party linkage:

    • TZS = Joe Doe

    • Bank = Joe Doe

  • Example of a third-party linkage:

    • TZS = Joe Doe

    • Bank = Doe Company

Instant Authorization - Bank username and password

  1. Navigate to the Banking Page

  2. Click "Add New Account"

  3. Select your bank

    • If your bank is not listed, please refer to the "Micro-Deposit" flow below

  4. Follow the prompts to enter your bank account username and password

    • You may be asked to also complete a 2FA from your bank

  5. Click the accounts you would like to link

    • We recommend linking checking accounts as savings accounts have certain restrictions based on their nature that may reject ACH transfers

  6. Click "Submit"

Please note we review all bank linkages. This review typically happens within a couple of hours if submitted during business hours.

Micro-Deposit - Bank account number and routing number

  2. Click "Add New Account"

  3. Type in your bank name or type in "ABCDEF"

  4. Select "Link with account numbers" below

  5. Follow prompts to enter the routing number and account number

  6. Wait 0-2 business days for the micro deposits to arrive at your bank account

    • Write down the two micro deposit numbers

  7. Log into tZERO Securities and click "Verify Deposits" card

    • Enter the two micro deposit numbers. The order does not matter

  8. Submit

Please note we review all bank linkages. This review typically happens within a couple of hours if submitted during business hours.
