How do I deposit my shares?

1) Log into your tZERO Securities account (www.tzero.com/investors)

Please be sure that the email address associated with your tZERO Securities account matches with email address Vertalo has on file.

2) Navigate to the XY Labs asset page

3) Select "Deposit Shares"

4) Review the deposit details of your XY shares information that populated into the deposit request form

If your unrestricted XY Labs shares do not show up when requesting your deposit, then there is a linkage issue between your tZERO and Vertalo account. If this is the case, please email investor-relations@xy.company to deposit the shares to your tZERO Securities account by providing an e-signature.

5) Sign the form by entering your digital signature

6) Click "Deposit Shares"

How do I check the status of my deposit request?

Once your request to deposit has been submitted you will be able to view the status of your request: Success, Pending, or Error. In the days leading up to the trading date, you will receive an email notification advising on the status of your deposit request.

When will the shares be transferred?

As the trading date (Wednesday, September 14, 2022) approaches you can expect to receive an email update regarding the status of your transfer.
