Guidance to troubleshoot trading errors you may encounter

Please note the below points you may want to check if you are experiencing issues trading

Connectivity issues:

  • Check your internet speed

    • You can type "what is my internet speed" into google

    • Select "run speed test"

  • Ensure you have only one tab/window of tZERO Securities open in your browser

    • tZERO runs best with only one active browsing session at a time

  • Consider clearing your cache & cookies

If you are experiencing errors placing a BUY Order:

  • Ensure your account has sufficient funds

    • visit these pages regarding funding your account

  • Ensure that your application has been reviewed and approved

    • You will be prompted at the home page to complete your application by clicking "Complete Setup"

    • Any asset page should show "Please verify your email before placing an order"
      โ€‹

If you are experiencing errors placing a SELL order:

  • Ensure your account has sufficient positions

    • You can review your positions by logging into your tZERO Securities account
