If you wish to initiate a wire from your tZERO Securities account, please contact support@tzero.com and ask for a wire withdrawal form to be sent to you.
You should receive a form to complete via DocuSign where you can provide your bank's Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs). If you are unsure what those are please contact your account representative for this information.
Please note that you will also need to provide the most recent statement for the account you are sending the funds to.
A reminder that tZERO Securities does not facilitate third-party wires, and any outside account you wish to wire funds to must be an account which you own.
Upon completion of the form, it will be sent to tZERO Securities for review and processing. Requests received before 12:30 PM ET on business days are processed same day; all other requests after this time frame are processed on a best efforts basis.
