How can I reset my tZERO Securities Password?

To reset your password, please follow the below instructions:

2) Enter your email address associated with your tZERO Securities account and click "Reset Password"

3) A green box will appear saying "Password reset requested"

4) You will receive an e-mail from no-reply@tzero.com with the subject line, "tZERO - Password Reset"


*Please make sure to only submit one password reset request per every 5-10 minutes. Some email providers may combine emails into one thread, so please make sure you are clicking on the most recent email.*

5) Click the link titled "Reset your password" and note that this link is only valid for 30 minutes

*If you do not reset your password within 30 minutes you must request another email by following steps 1 & 2*

6) Enter your new password twice, and click "Update password"

7) You should see a green box appear saying "Password successfully reset. Redirecting to login page..."

8) Enter your new password and access your account

** Please make sure you are clicking on the most recent password reset email link. Sometimes similar emails are combined and look the same **
