Where does your money go when investing in a Primary Issuance?

Monetary considerations for the investments you make on our platform will be held in escrow by issuer’s escrow agent until all closing conditions are met. When closing conditions are met, the escrow agent will send all money received in the offering to the issuer. If closing conditions are not met, the escrow agent will return your money to you, at the direction of the issuer.

In most cases, the escrow agent for the issuers on our platform will be tZERO Securities, LLC. tZERO Securities, LLC is an affiliated SEC-registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA and SIPC.
