Exodus Movement (EXOD) last day of trading on the tZERO ATS is 12/11/2023.

If you hold shares of EXOD after 12/11/2023, your shares will automatically be transferred to Exodus Movement’s transfer agent, Securitize, at no cost to you charged by tZERO Securities (apart from whatever fees that Securitize may charge, if any), to be held in your name as a registered holder of the shares on the books and records of Securitize.

If you would like to transfer your shares of EXOD to the transfer agent before 12/11/2023, there is a $25 transfer fee that tZERO Securities would charge (in addition to whatever fees that Securitize may charge, if any), and a form you will have to complete. Please email support@tzero.com for more information on the transfer process

At this time, Exodus shares can only be transferred to Securitize.
