On the ubbu homepage, choose Settings and then Manage Account.
Then click on Subscription and payment information.
In the new window that appears, scroll down until you see the All payment details section.
Clicking on Request invoice will open a chat window where you can get in touch with a member of our team. We'll get back to you in less than 24 hours and send you the invoices.
