Why this can happen
Your eSIM connects to local networks in each country, and performance can vary depending on:
Signal strength in your area
How busy the network is at the time
The local carrier your phone is connected to
Because of this, speeds may occasionally feel slower or inconsistent.
Try this first
Turn airplane mode on and off
Try restarting your phone
Make sure data roaming is turned on for your Ubitel eSIM
Make sure your Ubitel eSIM is selected for data. (your phone may be using another SIM)
Try a different network
Sometimes the default carrier isn’t the strongest in your area.
Go to: Settings > Cellular > Ubitel eSIM > Network Selection
Turn Automatic off
Try another available network
