We recommend turning off your primary SIM while using your eSIM abroad to avoid roaming fees. You can turn it back on anytime if needed.

Apps like WhatsApp, iMessage, and Telegram will still be linked to your phone number and work as usual.
You can send messages and make calls through these apps using your data connection. Regular cellular calls and SMS will only work if your primary SIM is turned on.
