Q: I don't have time to be an advisor anymore, how do I deactivate my profile?

A: There are two ways to deactivate your profile

1. Deactivate your advisor profile only

Instructions:

  1. Visit https://connect.healthhubsf.com/
  2. Sign in
  3. Once signed in hover on Advisor Profile > click Edit Profile
  4. Navigate to General Settings
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Deactivate your Profile". (Note that clicking this button will immediately delete your advisor profile and is not reversible).

2. Deactivate your Health Hub Connect Account

This option will deactivate all of your profiles (if you have an advisor profile and company profile(s) it will deactivate all of them). Video tutorial here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/13AVpSReWd5LBEF1dp4gn0tItA01254qv/view

Instructions:

  1. Visit https://connect.healthhubsf.com/
  2. Sign in
  3. Once signed click on Account in the top nav bar
  4. Click "Deactivate my Account" > Confirm
