Quick Answer
League Tools is your central hub for managing all aspects of your league - accessible from udisc.com/dashboard or in the app via Menu → Dashboard → Your League Name. Use it to configure league settings, create events, manage members, track standings, and communicate with players.

From desktop:
Go to udisc.com/dashboard
Select your league name
From the mobile app:
Tap the You tab -> Menu (≡)
Tap Dashboard

League Tools has several tabs that help you manage different aspects of your league:
📊 Dashboard Tab
Your quick-start homepage with:
Setup checklist - Track completion of initial league configuration
Quick navigation - One-tap access to create events, view all events, and manage members
League overview - At-a-glance stats and upcoming events
⚙️ Settings Tab
Configure your league's identity and default settings:
League details - Name, description, main course, contact info
General event settings - Default settings that apply to all new events
Optional extras - Event tags to help players discover your events

View all events - See past, current, and future events

🏆 Standings Tab
Track season-long performance:
Enable/disable standings - Turn season points on or off
Date range - Set the date range that should count toward standings
Scoring rules - Configure how many best rounds to keep, point distribution
View current standings - See leaders across divisions

Note: Standings are only supported for singles events, not doubles or teams.

🏆 Understanding Event Tools
Event Tools are separate from League Tools and focus on managing individual events. Access them by selecting a specific event from your Events tab.
Event Tools tabs include:
Participants - Add/remove players, manage registration
Caddie book layouts - Edit layouts including adding event-specific layouts
Cards - Create and publish card assignments for tee times or shotgun starts
Leaderboard - Monitor live scoring, complete events, export results, view scoring history
Settings - Adjust event-specific configurations

#️⃣ Live Scoring
All players with free UDisc accounts can keep score in real-time. Everyone on a card can enter scores, and the leaderboard updates instantly throughout the round.

🔎 Event Discovery
Once you create an event, players can find it in the Events tab by filtering by date, location, or searching for your league name. Events are searchable immediately after creation, and check-in opens at midnight on event day.
📩 Push Notifications
Send messages to all checked-in players or specific divisions/cards during events. Access this from Event Tools or tap Manage event from any active scorecard.

🤳 Event Quick Links
Share a direct link or QR code that takes players straight to your event - no searching required. Find this in Events → View/share event quick link.
🎬 Automatic Event Completion
Events automatically complete 48 hours after the event end time. You can also manually complete events from Event Tools → Leaderboard → Complete event.
Common League Director Questions
Q: What's the difference between League Tools and Event Tools? A: League Tools manage your entire league (settings, all events, standings). Event Tools manage individual events (participants, cards, live scoring for that specific event). Learn more.
Q: Can I run events at different courses? A: Yes! While you select one main course during application, you can choose different courses for individual events.
Q: How do I add other administrators? A: Go to League Tools → Members tab and add co-administrators who can help manage events and settings. Learn more.
Q: Do players need UDisc Pro to participate? A: No! A free UDisc account is all that's required to participate in leagues. Learn how to add players without a UDisc account.
