How to request the UGLY VISA (Latin America)

Once you meet the requirements, you can request your card! Just follow these simple steps:

Virtual

1. Go to the Card Menu in your UGLYCASH app (easy — it's the section with the Visa card image in the top left corner of the app).

2. There, you’ll see the requirements to unlock your virtual card. If you meet them, the “Get Ugly Visa Virtual” button will be available.

3. Click “Get Ugly Visa Virtual” and then “Details”.

4. And that’s it! Now you can view your Ugly Visa virtual card details and start shopping online like a pro 😎.

Physical

  1. Go to the Card Menu in your UGLYCASH app (yep, the one with the Visa card image).
    ​

  2. If you already meet the requirements, the “Order Ugly Visa” button will be ready to click.
    ​

  3. Click on “Order Ugly Visa”.
    ​

  4. Make sure your address is correct (that’s where we’ll send your card).
    If you need to edit any details, just click on the “pencil” icon.
    If the address is correct, click on “Send Card 🔥”.
    ​

  5. Review and confirm your address and the shipping cost by clicking “Confirm”.
    ​

  6. Boom! You've ordered your physical card. Now just wait up to 7 business days for it to arrive at your door. We’ll send you an email with a tracking number, so keep an eye out. And when you get it, don’t forget to activate it from your UGLYCASH app before using it! 💳✨

In El Salvador


Getting your Ugly Visa has never been easier! 😎 The only requirement is to have $8 in your balance.

  1. Go to the Card Menu in your UGLYCASH app (easy — it’s the section with the Visa card image in the top left corner of the app).

  2. Click “Order Ugly Visa”.
    ​

  3. Make sure your address is correct (that’s where we’ll send your card).
    ​

  4. If you need to edit any details, click on the “pencil” icon.
    ​

  5. If the address is correct, click on “Send Card 🔥”.
    ​

  6. Confirm your request by clicking “Confirm”.
    ​

  7. If you hadn’t already requested your virtual card, we’ll assign one to you at this point. To view the details, just click “Details”.
    ​

  8. Boom! You've ordered your physical card. Now just wait up to 2 business days for it to arrive at your door. We’ll send you an email with a tracking number, so keep an eye out. And when you receive it, don’t forget to activate it from your UGLYCASH app! 💳✨
