How to Send Dollars to the U.S:

  1. Open UGLYCASH and tap “Withdraw” on the home screen.

  2. Select the option “US Bank Transfer”

  3. Register the destination account. You’ll only need to do this once!
    🚨 Make sure to enter the information correctly to avoid errors.

  4. Enter the amount you want to send and click “Transfer.”

  5. That's it! Your transfer will arrive in approximately 3 to 5 business days.

What Information Do I Need to Transfer to the U.S?

Ask the recipient for the following details:

  • Account type: Personal or Business

  • Name of the person or business

  • Routing number

  • Account number

  • Account type: Checking or Savings

  • Full address of the account holder or receiving bank: Street, City, State, and ZIP Code

What Types of Bank Accounts Are Supported?

We work with both checking and savings accounts, personal and business.

What Are the Fees?

Just $1 USD per transfer.

What’s the Average Processing Time?

Usually 3–5 business days. The exact time may vary depending on the receiving bank.

Are There Minimum or Maximum Amounts?

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: $10 USD

  • No maximum limit, but if you send more than $2,000 USD, we’ll do a quick identity verification the first time.

Why Could a Transaction Fail?

  • Incorrect bank information

  • Mismatched account holder details

  • Closed or inactive bank account

  • Incomplete or invalid documentation

How Can I Check the Status of My Transfer?

In the “Activity” section of the app, you can view the real-time status of your transfer along with all transaction details.

Whose Name Will Appear on the Recipient's Bank Statement?

The name that will appear in the transfer details is “Bridge.” This is normal and does not affect the transaction. Even though your name may not appear, the recipient will be able to recognize the transfer sent from UGLYCASH.

UGLYCASH uses Bridge services to enable ACH transfer deposits. By using this feature in our app, you agree to Bridge’s terms and conditions and privacy policy.
