Receiving Ether or Bitcoin within the BTC & ETH transactions option in UGLYCASH is very simple. Just follow these steps:
In the "Apps" section, "Bitcoin - Ethereum" transactions, or your Bitcoin - Ethereum Balance option, select the cryptocurrency you want to send (Bitcoin or Ether) and choose “Receive.”
The app will then generate an address to which you should send the funds. You can scan the QR Code with your wallet app or copy the address.
Finally, once you send the funds and the transaction is confirmed on the respective blockchain network, they will be automatically credited to your account. Keep in mind that you can only receive the compatible cryptocurrency for the corresponding network. For example, if you want to receive Bitcoin, you can only transfer BTC to the provided address using the Bitcoin Mainnet (also known as “Legacy”).
What happens if my deposit is canceled?
If your Ether or Bitcoin transaction is canceled during the deposit process, it is because the wallet address used to deposit funds could not be accepted for security reasons. Therefore, we recommend using a different address.
If you’ve already sent the funds, don’t worry — you can contact one of our advisors to review your case. If you haven’t sent the funds yet, we suggest using a different wallet address to complete your deposit.
