If you are using the Ultraviolet iOS app:
Tap your profile photo in the top left of the home page to access the sidebar.
Navigate to “Settings.”
Under the billing section, choose “Club Memberships.”
Click “Membership Settings” for the membership you wish to cancel.
Select “Manage Membership,” then “End Membership” and follow the on-screen prompts.
