An 18+ club is a club that may contain mature themes, including explicit spicy posts and graphic content. To create an 18+ club, you must check the 18+ box during club creation. This flag lets users know that the club may contain mature content that may not be appropriate for people under 18 years of age.

A 21+ club is a club that may include age-restricted products such as alcohol and tobacco.

You cannot display age-restricted content in public-facing areas of your club, like the club key, profile photo, or header. All age restricted content must remain private to the club. Age restricted content that is public facing is subject to removal.
