For managers, this page includes an additional Direct Reports page, allowing you to view, track, and complete conversations with your team members.

Managers have access to the profiles of their direct reports. Sharing permissions can be customized, meaning others in the organization may view only your Personal Insights and Professional Insights, depending on your settings.

The Personal Insights page lets you share more about who you are outside of work. Add details about the important people in your life, your personal aspirations, and even your favorite inspirational quote to help your peers and manager get to know you better.

The Professional Insights page helps you outline key aspects of your role, including top responsibilities, KPIs, professional aspirations, and development needs. It’s a tool for aligning expectations between you and your manager to ensure clarity and growth.

The Development Plan page allows you to create an action plan with clear goals for your growth. Track your progress and update the status of your goals to stay on top of your development journey.

The Direct Reports page, exclusive to managers, allows you to track, initiate, and complete conversations with your direct reports while accessing and reviewing their profiles.

The Conversations page is where you can track and complete your one-on-one conversations with your manager.

The Peer Feedback page allows you to view and complete any peer feedback requests.
