The Manager Confidence Survey offers organizations valuable insights by asking managers three key questions about their awareness of team members' professional goals, personal interests, and their own sense of support as managers. This straightforward survey helps organizations better understand and support their managers.
How to schedule Manager Confidence Survey's
STEP 1:
Log into your account (app.myumap.com) and click on the Admin tab – and then the Conversation Settings tab. You will land on a page titled: Customize Conversations.
STEP 2:
Under the Manager Confidence Survey Automation section, choose the dates for managers to complete their surveys. On the selected dates, an email will be sent from the uMap™ platform reminding managers to complete their Manager Survey.
We recommend scheduling these surveys twice a year.

Question 1 - As a manager, to what degree are you aware of the professional goals and development needs of your team members?
Question 2 - As a manager, to what degree are you aware of the personal interests and values of your team members?
Question 3 - How supported do you feel as a manager?

The results of your Manager Confidence Surveys are available on your Dashboard. Please note that only Administrators have access to view these results.
